Team India vs Chappell

So, Finally Sachin Tendulkar and other Senior players have taken over Greg Chappell for letting them down (not for letting the country down).
Although, Sachin is a kind of person, who does not react to the comments so easily, but his silence broke off after reported comments by Guru Greg for the senior members. He says,"During my 17 years career, I've worked with so many coaches but none of them have pointed against my attitude towards cricket and ...."
Within few hours of that, news came that Greg Chappell has resigned from the post (If he would not have resigned, he would have been sacked)
In Greg's words, Team India has "absolutely no respect for the management" and that "they were too haughty to handle."
Further the senior players behave like "mafia" who are playing for own selves and do not allow the younger talent to flow in.
Ian Chappell added to the fire by saying that Sachin is now on the verge of decline and suggesting that he is playing now for himself.
Few days before, I came to know through my friend that during a discussion on a News channel, an Income tax commissioner made a statement that few of the players are taken in the team only because of the pressures of their sponsors (Big corporates). Hefty sums are being paid to BCCI members and the selectors for that. Shameful, if its true.
Kiran More added up,"Chappell is straight forward person and in India it is not liked." Now, what does that mean, our players are not able to confront the issues taken up by Chappell.
Instead of finding the solutions, everyone is busy in blaming others, Greg says, team does not support me. The players say,"He is trying to behave like a dictator."
No one is interested in finding solutions, Media is busy in raising up the issues again and again, BCCI trying to find excuses for India's loss.
But where is the solution? Is the situation going to continue like that?
They say Coach and the Captain will be changed, Are they sure, things will change then?
It was not only the coach and the captain, who lost, it was the Team who lost. They need a real thrashing for that. When C grade teams like Ireland and Bangladesh and enter super 8, India can not, just because every player is busy in politics and Advertisements.
Actually, Team India (at present) is not a team, it is a bunch of "individual" players, playing for their own records and own selves. Politics is an inherent part of BCCI as well as the Team. The situation is worsening instead of improving.
Lets Just wait and watch the outcomes of coming meeting of BCCI.
