Landmark Judgment in U.P.

Allahabad High court has given its landmark judgment, in which Muslim communities can not be considered as religious minorities and will not be given benefit of minority community. According to the judgment, the population of muslims in Uttar Pradesh is more than 18%, and in few districts it is above 50%.

A landmark judgment, which was given on a writ petition filed by a Madarsa of Ghazipur district, challenging out of turn rant-in-aid to certain other minority institutions.

The petition was filed against government saying that while the grant was denied to the Noor-ul-Islam madrassa, there were so many other similar minority institutions receiving the same. Turning down the plea completely, Justice Srivastava questioned the very minority status of Muslims. A single judge bench of Justice S N Srivastava passed this order.
The judgement was just given, when the elections in U.P. are just a day ahead.

It is a slap on the faces of those political parties, who call themselves as 'secular' ones, although the things are not over yet. Mulayam Singh says that now his party will appeal against the decision, a new political drama is yet to begin.

Thanks to Judiciary system of India, at least someone powerful is still awake, first judgment of stay on reservation to OBC's in IIM, IIT's etc. and now this one.

The most kand mark judgement adi, i whole heartedly support the same, but how long the judiciary can act as watch dogs on these activities of politicians. I did post one such thing a few days back in my blog when supreme court has stayed the implementation of the obc quota.
Hai Adi wish you a very happy good friday, thanks for visiting my post, you are having a nice post deserves 5*. Please reciprocate and visit my blog again to see my new post about the history and culture of christianity and leave ur criticism.
I have tried to gather as much data as possible on my own way and does not mean to hurt any religious sentiments. If found any thing worth criticism, please be free to leave ur comments i shall try to rectify my mistakes.
Yes sorry for the misconception which i later found. It was ofcourse cindy's sis. Sorry, if unknowingly hurt u. Do sent me a mail if u can.Feels nice to receive from dearest friends like u.

Hey!

The judgement not only surprised me but also gave me immense happiness. What minority are we talking about? It's all politically created and motivated. in fact the word religion, if it defines Hinduism or Islam or Christianity should be removed from the dictionary. Religion, as it started, was to give us a purpose, understanding, hope, to teach us the rights and wrongs. But today, religion has become a competition. If you can pray on street, I can do aarti too on streets. If you can open a university, we can too.

I wish Supreme Court had the powers to order and made it mandatory for all the religions to marry into another religion so that one day this entire world follows one religion.

I guess I am getting carried away and before I start using ill mannered words on this topic, I should shut up.

Thanks Aditi for visiting me. I haven't seen your original writings Aditi. Please do. Thanks.

On my page I have a true, motivating story about a customer of General Motors, Pontiac Cars and the company. I also have a little bit about the progression of the film.

Keep Writing. Keep Smiling. Keep Reading.

love!

Hey Aditi
Well no suprises there...government is alreadyw orking hard to get the stay order away from the OBC reservation also...Look how the amend thel laws ad clauses and whole constitution for their votes and their power...

We will never be directionless till we the youth keep a check and try to take things in our hands..I mean lets all do the bits we can..
Even getting a stay order has taken so long...so much hard work of the students of AIims...N yfe and others..

Eventhough its a landmark judgement, the PM has reacted sharply over the advent of judiciary gaining an upper hand over the legislature, which succintly displays the discomfortness of judiciary working overtime
